“Sew Afro Curly” (Our Processed “Kinky” hair) Since this hair is processed tightly, it may make it a little harder texture. You may need cream styling aid or a silicon spray to soften it daily. In the shampooing process, make sure to comb the hair through before shampooing it, rinse, condition, comb through again and rinse. Use your styling aids after towel drying, but it can also be worn without any product. Remember that this hair is PROCESSED kinky or very curly, so it may be much harder to comb, and the curls to wind together, whereas it has to be separated by hand. I do not guarantee this hair because it has been processed.
You should maintain this hair like your natural hair by shampooing it once per week. It is advised not to use any oil based shampoo or conditioner, leave in creams or sprays and conditioners. This will cause the hair to stick together and will weigh the hair down, just like your own hair if you put too much heavy creams in it. If you prefer to wear your hair wavy/curly in its natural state, just shampoo the hair, condition, comb through, rinse out, and towel dry.
At this point, you can wear this hair without any mousse or potions, or you can add them at this time. It all depends on whether you want a shiny look or “dry flyaway” look. Once you towel dry the hair, comb into the styled position, “scrunch it” up in your hand, and leave it alone to dry. Do not touch your hair, or run your fingers through it while it is drying because it will distort the natural pattern. To keep the fresh beautiful look, be prepared to rinse and condition every 2-3 days to prevent build up.
FYI: The color of the bundle extensions can range from medium brown to dark brown or an off-black color. Some customers prefer the natural color of bundles. Those who have specific or unique coloring requirements are able dye the hair to their color of choice. Remy hair extensions are natural and chemical-free.
